Initial evaluation $175
Therapy sessions $150 per session
Your out-of-pocket cost may vary depending on any contractual arrangement I have made with your insurance company or your required co-pay under your contract with your insurance. For example, I am a Medicare provider and am obligated under my contract with Medicare to adjust my fee to the Medicare allowable amount. You are only responsible for the difference between the amount Medicare pays and the fee they allow me to charge. In some limited circumstances I may agree to an adjusted fee. Please feel free to discuss any questions about fees with me.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What are the benefits for an 'out-of-network" provider?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Currently I am an in-network provider only for Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Tricare. Please confirm your interest in using your insurance with me so that I can assist you in best determining your coverage for my services.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
